With 20 years of exceptional military leadership with the United States Navy, Mr. Gallop brings transferable skills and outstanding achievements in the following areas: Range Management; Operations; Tactical Air Training; and Test and Evaluation. Currently serving as a military analyst for the U.S. Government, Mr. Gallop formulates test and evaluation plans for tactics development and spearheads efforts to develop hardware and software systems for defensive measures. A former head of TOPGUN at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, Gerald is a decorated strike-fighter pilot who received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
