Roland Mendoza
Roland Mendoza is a veteran law enforcement officer and industrial firefighter with over 40 years experience in the industrial safety and security field. For 26 years, Mr. Mendoza was responsible for ensuring the security of a major Gulf Coast refining complex, including implementing post-9/11 security regimes. His specialties are facility and maritime security, particularly the development of facility security plans and compliance with federal regulations, including the Maritime Transportation Security Act and Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards. He has also developed public-private partnerships between industry and local government entities in disaster and emergency response scenarios.
