| Joe Carter has over 12 years experience with government
regulatory compliance through his work developing and producing oil and gas
ventures, and constructing electrical transmission and distribution
systems. As a past, partner in the
Hanson Resources Group, Mr. Carter, worked closely with regulatory agencies to
assure that his firm's disaster recovery activities maintained the highest
level of compliance. Mr. Carter's
professional experience includes the development of alternative energy projects
and economic development opportunities for industrial clients. In addition, Mr. Carter has over 25 years
experience in the entertainment business as a promoter, artist manger,
publisher, and executive producer.
While developing opportunities for his clients, Mr. Carter developed and executed marketing campaigns with national retailers including WalMart, Target, Best Buy, Wrangler, Justin Boots, Ranger Boats, Mossy Oak and Dr. Pepper. |
