Dan Eden
Dan Eden brings more than 30 years of environmental experience to Carl R. Griffith and Associates. He is the former Deputy Director of the Office of Permitting and Registration at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In his role as Deputy Director, Dan was responsible for all air, water and waste permitting and licensing activities in Texas. During his five years in this position, Dan was responsible for reducing timeframes for permit reviews and issuance. He created an expedited process for permitting major economic development projects, such as electric generating plants, refineries and petrochemical plants. He has also held numerous other management positions during his career within the agency.
