When one client was faced with the inevitability of a jail expansion, CRG developed long-term forecasts to enable the client to make informed decisions as to the size of the expansion. CRG then worked with the client's architect to incorporate design features that would create opportunities for operational savings. Finally, CRG assisted the client in making the case to the community to support public financing of the project.
